This page presents a curated selection of my architectural projects, reflecting the diversity of my professional career across diverse geographies and building typologies. Each project expresses a coherent vision: architecture rooted in its context, sensitive to culture and precise in its function. Projects include hospitals, schools, hotels, villas, and masterplans in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Through more than two decades of international experience, I have learned that architecture must adapt — to different climates, client expectations, and cultural frameworks — while maintaining clarity, authenticity, and integrity. Each design emerges from this dialogue between place, people and purpose.

An International Portfolio

My work spans Europe, the Middle East and Asia: a diverse range of projects that vary in scale, function and cultural context.

    • Healthcare Facilities – hospitals and medical centers where efficiency, healing environments, and technical innovation coexist.
  •
    • Educational Buildings – schools and early learning centers designed to enhance interaction, daylight, and adaptability.
  •
    • Hospitality and Leisure – hotels, resorts, and recreational structures where spatial experience meets the spirit of place.
  •
    • Residential Projects – villas, housing, and private residences that balance privacy, light, and cultural identity.
    • Design Furniture – projects where architecture meets design, exploring material, proportion, craft and new technologies.
  •
    • Urban Planning and Master Plans – strategic visions that shape sustainable communities and future urban growth.

Beyond Form: Architecture as Process

Every project I design begins with a deep analysis of context — understanding the physical and cultural environment before shaping form. My process integrates architecture, engineering and local expertise to ensure that each building is technically sound, environmentally responsive, and culturally meaningful.

My goal is to create spaces that communicate across boundaries — modern yet rooted, innovative yet respectful, global yet deeply connected to their place.

Together they illustrate how I translate design principles into built form, across continents and contexts.

Selected Projects

I’ve chosen to present completed or under-construction projects, if any: this is because architecture is ultimately a built product, and the construction process involves many modifications, compromises and sacrifices.

Too often, we see projects presented with fantastic renderings that could never be built like that; the life of buildings is always long and troubled: presenting renderings is like explaining the name of the child we’ll be born and what we’d like him to do when he grows up, perhaps.

Paolo Lettieri

“Architectures are the theaters in which our lives unfold: when these theaters are beautiful and work well, the performances we witness become better and more enjoyable.”
