Il progetto di questo complesso turistico sorge sulle rive dell'Issyk-Kul, uno dei pi\u00f9 grandi laghi salati dell'Asia centrale, in Kirghizistan, immerso in un clima continentale e in un paesaggio montuoso. Il progetto prevede un hotel con 100 camere e tutti i servizi, oltre a 15 ville indipendenti fronte mare.<\/p>

La pianta curvilinea dell'hotel segue i contorni naturali della costa, traducendo le forme sinuose dalla pianta in un'architettura tridimensionale. Piani morbidi e inclinati modellano i tetti e i volumi, mentre ampie vetrate definiscono gli spazi interni, esaltandone la trasparenza e la leggerezza. La facciata d'ingresso presenta un ritmo armonioso di vetro e pannelli opachi, intervallato da elementi verticali per la scale ed ascensori. Le terrazze sul lago enfatizzano le linee orizzontali con parapetti ondulati e trasparenze variabili.
