L'ospedale Masfout \u00e8 il primo prototipo di ospedale generale da 30 posti letto costruito nell'Emirato di Ajman per il Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici degli UAE. Le prime fasi per sviluppare il progetto e le attrezzature mediche sono del 2007. L'ospedale \u00e8 formato da un piano terra per tutte le funzioni sanitarie e un primo piano dedicato esclusivamente ai reparti di degenza, mentre i servizi sono situati al piano mezzanino: questo per servire sia il primo piano che il piano terra. Quest'area di servizio \u00e8 collegata tramite un ponte al blocco servizi, situato lateralmente e separato dall'ospedale principale. Il disegno dell'ospedale e la scelta dei materiali concorrono ad armonizzare il progetto con l'area circostante, caratterizzata da un paesaggio montano. Il progetto prevede la possibilit\u00e0 di un futuro ampliamento fino a 60 posti letto. Il progetto \u00e8 stato sviluppato in collaborazione tra General Planning & Urbanism Planning Architecture. Progetto MCK ha fornito servizi di consulenza per la progettazione sanitaria e le attrezzature.
