After years of neglect, a 2023 restoration by architects Paolo Lettieri and Pierluigi Pindinelli revitalized the villa as a boutique bed & breakfast. The project preserved the historic structure—vaults, walls, and openings—while introducing six guest rooms and contemporary finishes that respect the villa’s spatial identity. Refined materials, warm neutral tones, and minimalist furnishings reinterpret the Déco spirit, while the redesigned garden, Mediterranean plantings, and renewed pool with ambient lighting restore Villa Emy’s timeless harmony between architecture and landscape.
